This December, you won’t want to miss the opening of Martin City Melodrama & Vaudeville Co.’s 41st season performed at Englewood Arts!! The season begins with Muttcracker Suite & Water Glass Symphony, a wonderful family-friendly performance featuring classic vaudeville theater performances.

We’re thrilled to celebrate the community partnership between Englewood Arts and the Martin City Melodrama! This howliday show breaks all the rules of the traditional nutcracker and features senior rescue dogs, pawformers, from area shelters. Three human actors and one techie provide holiday mayhem with countless costume changes and characters. Following the happy ending of the MUTTCRACKER, you won't stop humming tunes from one of Kansas City's longest seasonal traditions, THE WATER GLASS SYMPHONY!

There's more! Little Caesar's is offering a free slice of pizza to eat during the show with your ticket admission. Additional snacks, beverages, and pizza will be available for purchase. Plus, guest artists will be featured each performance from JobOne. These uniquely abled actors recently played to sold out houses in the KC Fringe with Fringe Ability.
