Vaccine Requirements: What You Need to Know
Your organization may be wondering about legal intricacies surrounding vaccine requirements. For example, can you require a proof of vaccination to enter your organization? If you have an employee test positive for COVID, do you have a duty to disclose that information to other staff, volunteers, or clients who may have been exposed? Would that be considered sharing confidential medical information? What about faith-based exemptions? Do the same vaccine requirement rules apply to staff, volunteers, and clients of your organization?
To get answers to these questions and other guidance around the legality of vaccine requirements, join Terry Mosteller, Founding Attorney of Mission Counsel. Terry will share up-to-date information regarding how the law is responding to the COVID-19 pandemic, and of course, leave lots of time for questions from the audience.
