In this presentation, she will share data about what was the state of giving going into 2020, and updates from the Blackbaud Institute — for which she is a senior advisor — on what that picture looks like now as we make our way through a tumultuous year. Rachel will also share some examples that give us reason to be hopeful, as well as some insights directly from her world of working at a company that seeks to empower its people to be Agents of Good.
