Yoga at The Kauffman Center
Yoga takes place in Brandmeyer Great Hall with sweeping views of the Kansas City skyline and is designed to be an experience that activates the mind, body and spirit.
Two sessions will be held that morning:
- An intermediate class at 8:30 a.m.
- A foundational class at 10:30 a.m. for beginners.?
Yoga dates consists of two 60-minute sessions at 8:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. Each session will begin with a short presentation by a Saint Luke’s medical professional, followed by a mindful practice led by an experienced yoga instructor. An intermediate level yoga flow will be featured at the 8:30 a.m. class, and guests can experience a yoga foundations class at the 10:30 a.m. class. Each class will feature live music provided by a local musician.
Attendees must bring their own yoga mat and will be asked to sign a waiver when they purchase a ticket to this event.
