KC Scholars - Scholarship Reviewer

Offer Valid: 01/09/2025 - 01/31/2025
Volunteer to be a Scholarship Reviewer
Become a Scholarship Reviewer!
Review essays and recommendations for potential scholarship recipients!
An entirely online opportunity.
Applications to be a reviewer will open January 9th-31st. Selected reviewers will be notified by February 5th.
There will be a two hour online training in March.

Previous reviewers report that serving as a Reviewer was among their most impactful experiences. They learned a lot, were inspired by applicants’ stories, and felt a strong connection to one of our region’s most transformative programs.
As a community asset, Great Jobs KC and its KC Scholars Program engage the community through its volunteer community reviewer opportunity. If you are looking for a way to give back, to make a difference, to support individuals through hope and opportunity for college – this is a role for you!
Reviewers dedicate about 20 hours of service in March and April. Reviewing is completed online, making it possible to complete from anywhere.

This Volunteer Opportunity is promoted by Nonprofit Connect.
