Young Ambassador Board

Offer Valid: 11/15/2024 - 12/06/2024

The Children’s Place’s Young Ambassador Board (YAB) formed in 2011 to connect younger potential donors and volunteers with the agency, its mission and programs in the community.

The Young Ambassador Board is primarily focused on planning Taste at The Place, a happy hour tasting event that takes place outdoors at The Children’s Place each fall. The board meets monthly for happy hour to network, plan for upcoming programming and have fun. Recruitment opens for the Young Ambassador Board each fall and all young professionals are invited to apply.

Our Mission

The Children’s Place: where children and families heal from life’s deepest hurts.

Our Vision

Childhood restored. We tirelessly pursue, find and celebrate healing for young children in our community who have faced trauma, enabling children to lead happy, healthy, hopeful lives.
