Senior Accountant

We’re looking for an Senior Accountant to join our team and play a critical role in maintaining financial integrity, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage accounts payable & receivable, billing, and financial reporting
• Oversee monthly billing (DMH, county boards, private pay)
• Prepare financial statements, reconciliations, and cash flow reporting
• Partner with leadership on annual budget planning
• Support audit preparation and compliance reviews
• Monitor funding, reimbursements, and financial accuracy across programs
• Assist with payroll processes and vendor management

What We’re Looking For:

•  Master's Degree in Accounting or Business 
• At least 8 years of accounting or financial experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Passion for mission-driven work
