We are looking for a detail-oriented Accreditation Administrator supporting accreditation processes, site visit coordination, and institutional experience.

 
Position Summary
The Accreditation Administrator provides administrative and operational support to the ACBSP accreditation system, with a primary focus on site visit preparation, coordination, and institutional experience.
This role is responsible for ensuring that accreditation site visits are well-organized, professionally executed, and provide a positive experience for evaluators and member institutions. The position also supports accreditation documentation, reporting processes, and training logistics.
 
The role is designed as an early career professional position with defined responsibilities and increasing independence over time.
 
Internal Relationships
This position reports directly to the Director of Accreditation has an indirect line of responsibility to the Chief Accreditation Officer and President & CEO.

Job Duties
This is a full-time, non-exempt position with 40 scheduled hours per week.


Objectives
  • Ensure seamless, professional coordination of accreditation site visits
  • Maintain accurate, complete, and timely accreditation documentation
  • Support efficient accreditation reporting and review processes
  • Deliver organized and responsive administrative support to stakeholders
  • Coordinate training logistics and support evaluator engagement
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of accreditation operations
Responsibilities
Site Visit Preparation & Experience Management
  • Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and communication for accreditation site visits.
  • Prepare and distribute site visit materials, agendas, and documentation.
  • Serve as a key administrative contact for evaluators and institutions during the site visit preparation phase.
  • Ensure a smooth, professional, and well-organized experience for all participants.
  • Track site visit milestones and follow-up documentation after visits.
  • Ensure all interactions with evaluators, institutions, and internal staff reflect ACBSP’s professional standards, including respectful communication, responsiveness, and collaboration.
  • Accreditation Reporting & Documentation Support
  • Maintain institutional accreditation records and documentation.
  • Assist with preparation and organization of accreditation reports and review materials.
  • Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and aligned with accreditation timelines.
  • Support internal reporting processes and data organization for accreditation reviews.
  • Demonstrate accountability for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness, reflecting a commitment to performance excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Training & Evaluator Administrative Support
  • Assist with scheduling accreditation training sessions and evaluator development programs.
  • Maintain evaluator and mentor records, including training participation and contact information.
  • Support preparation and distribution of training materials and communications.
  • Assist with e-learning courses and training logistics.
  • Support a professional and respectful learning environment that reflects ACBSP leadership expectations and workforce engagement principles.
 Skills and qualifications
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, higher education, public administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in higher education administration, accreditation, training coordination, or a related administrative role
  • Experience supporting adult learning or professional development programs
  • Experience supporting digital training content (e.g., Articulate, e-learning platforms, or similar tools)
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting accreditation, compliance, or quality assurance processes
  • Experience coordinating events, training programs, or site visits
  • Familiarity with database systems or accreditation management platforms
