Looking for more than "just another admin job?"

We're looking for someone who loves creating order, keeping things moving, and making everyone around them more successful.

As our Administrative Coordinator, you'll be the first person people meet when they walk through our doors, the person who keeps our office running smoothly, and a trusted partner to our President & CEO and leadership team.

This is a role for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in details, and finds satisfaction in helping an entire organization succeed.

Most importantly, your work will directly support CASA's mission of advocating for children who have experienced abuse and neglect.

This is a fully on-site position based in our Overland Park office. Because you'll serve as the front-facing hub of the organization, this role works in the office during regular business hours to support staff, volunteers, donors, and community partners.

What You'll Do
You'll spend your days doing meaningful work like:
  • Creating a welcoming experience for volunteers, donors, community partners, and visitors
  • Supporting the President & CEO with scheduling, meeting preparation, and organizational priorities
  • Preparing board and committee materials and helping meetings run smoothly
  • Coordinating office operations, supplies, vendors, and technology
  • Assisting with donor records, grant tracking, and fundraising administration
  • Helping organize projects, follow-up items, and leadership initiatives
  • Supporting special events and jumping in wherever needed to help the team succeed
No two days are exactly alike—which is exactly what many people love about this role.

You're Probably a Great Fit If You...
  • Love organizing people, projects, and information
  • Notice details other people miss
  • Can prioritize multiple projects without feeling overwhelmed
  • Enjoy helping others be successful
  • Communicate professionally with everyone—from board members to volunteers
  • Take initiative instead of waiting to be asked
  • Can be trusted with confidential information
  • Like working as part of a collaborative, mission-driven team

Qualifications
We're looking for someone who has:
  • High school diploma/GED required (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Two or more years of administrative, executive support, nonprofit, or comparable professional experience preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to quickly learn new technology and systems
  • Experience supporting executives, boards, CRM databases, or donor systems is a plus, but not required.

Why You'll Love Working Here
We know great employees have choices. Here's what you'll find at CASA:
  • 100% employer-paid medical insurance for employees
  • Generous paid time off
  • Paid holidays plus our annual winter office closure
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • Professional development opportunities
  • Flexible, supportive leadership
  • A collaborative team that believes in helping one another
  • Meaningful work that impacts children's lives every day
