Part Time Office Manager / Administrative Coordinator
Schedule: Part-time, approximately 20 hours per week. Hours flex with the rhythm of our events and campaigns, with at least two consistent in-office days during normal business hours.

You’ll touch nearly every aspect of our work — from donor stewardship to youth programming, from event support to daily office life. What You’ll Do
Be the Backbone of Our Operations
- Serve as administrator of Network for Good, our donor and communications platform
- Manage incoming mail, deposits, and donor-related documentation with accuracy and care
- Handle bank deposits locally and ensure leadership receives proper records
- Prepare and send monthly e-newsletters through Network for Good
- Manage the info@sevendays.org inbox with professionalism and warmth
- Package and ship orders from the SevenDays online SHOP
- Track inventory and communicate needs to leadership
- Prepare Kindness Baskets and other mission materials as needed
- Maintain office supplies and keep our workspace clean, welcoming, and organized
- Assist with administrative needs for the Executive Director and team
- Support planning and execution of special events, including material preparation and coordination
- Assist with sponsor communications for events such as the Ripples of Kindness Breakfast
- Administer the 31 Days of Kindness Campaign:
- Update graphics, prompts, and manage technology
- Recruit influencers and participants
- Manage communications and post-campaign surveys
- Coordinate volunteers for special projects and events
- Communicate with our landlord regarding events and logistics
Support Our Youth and Future Leaders
- Provide administrative support for the Kindness Youth Leadership Team (KYLT)
- Attend monthly KYLT meetings (typically one evening per month, Tuesday)
- Assist with materials, communication, and coordination related to youth programming
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is dependable, organized, and energized by meaningful work — someone who understands that details matter because people matter.
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Clear verbal and written communication
- Comfort with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with consistency and care
- Self-starter who sees what needs to be done and follows through
- Team-oriented, detail-minded, and reliable
- Experience with donor databases or CRM systems
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn)
- Experience supporting events, nonprofits, or community-based organizations
