Communications & Development Director

TeamSmile seeks a full-time Communications & Development Director that will handle a variety of duties in regards to communications, fundraising, fulfillment and relationship building for TeamSmile. This is an integral role for TeamSmile.

The Communications & Development Director directs TeamSmile fundraising events, plus handles all aspects of individual and corporate giving programs and manages all aspects of the donor database.  Additionally, the Communications & Development Director ensures the fulfillment of all partnerships, which include a good working knowledge of social media, website, newsletter and video components.

This is a full-time position that reports to the Executive Director.  TeamSmile offers a competitive salary, as well as medical benefits and a matching Simple IRA program.  This role provides the opportunity to work with an exciting team of people that has a passion for serving children throughout the country.  It is preferable for the Communications & Development Director to live in the Kansas City metro area.
