Position Summary:
The Development Coordinator is the relational catalyst and financial growth engine of KCMO Angels. This role ensures our mission is sustainably funded by cultivating major donor connections, securing high-value gifts, and partnering with our grant writer to maximize community support.

We are seeking an ambitious, high-energy executor who thrives on building relationships, bringing in big money, and passionately advocating for our mission in public spaces. This is not just a desk job—it is a dynamic, people-first role for a self-starter who brings fresh ideas to donor stewardship, high-yield connections, and grant execution.
