Program Coordinator

The LNESC-KC Upward Bound Program seeks to prepare sixty (60) low-income, at-risk youth currently enrolled at East High School for continuing education past high school. The program is designed to help the students make well-informed choices about where they will enroll for higher education and enable them to maximize their personal potential while in high school. This is accomplished through collaborative programming with East High School staff and administrators, local institutions of higher education, and other community-based organizations. LNESC-KC shall provide coaching and guided field trips to area colleges and universities to ensure the youth are well aware of several viable options for higher learning.
