Meetings Coordinator
Job Summary
The Meetings Coordinator is responsible for planning, implementing, and providing support to the Associate Executive Director, Partnerships & Events for the various virtual and in-person events throughout the year to ensure their success. This position is also responsible for maintaining the conference website and event pages and is also responsible for assisting in the business partners program and strategic execution of the association goals and objectives. Collaborate with team members to ensure organizational goals are met.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- Education: An Associate’s degree, Bachelor’s degree, or comparable professional training
- Travel: Must be able to travel up to 25% (1-3 times per quarter)
- Education in Hospitality or Event Management preferred.
- Previous experience with associations, Association Management System (AMS) preferred.
- Knowledge of website platforms, survey programs, Zoom and mobile apps preferred.

o Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite programs
o Strong organizational, oral and written communication skills

Salary up to $59,000 based on experience.
