EMD Consulting Group is proud to support Community Opportunities for People with Developmental Disabilities in the search for its new Chief Executive Officer.

This pivotal leadership transition comes as the organization’s long-serving CEO retires after nearly 40 years of dedicated service.

Community Opportunities seeks an experienced and mission-driven leader to guide the organization into its next chapter. The CEO will work closely with a committed Board of Directors and a talented staff of 90 to oversee the administration of Lincoln County’s SB40 Board.

Responsibilities include providing targeted case management and direct services to residents of Lincoln County, and funding service provision at other providers.  The incoming leader will inherit a strong team, a supportive board, and a foundation of high-quality, person-centered programs.

Community Opportunities for People with Developmental Disabilities is a tax-exempt political subdivision enabled by the citizens of Lincoln County to provide and/or contract for services for individuals with intellectual and/or other developmental disabilities. Currently, we serve approximately 300 clients and employ 90 individuals.

Our Mission: Supporting people with developmental disabilities to live healthy productive lives in the way they choose.
