PKD-Free Alliance, the only nonprofit of its kind, is looking for a Chief Implementation and Operations Officer (CIOO) to help advance our mission of eradicating Polycystic Kidney Disease (PKD).  This pivotal role offers you the chance to drive impactful programs, form strategic partnerships, and transform the lives of families affected by Polycystic Kidney Disease (PKD).At PKD-Free, we work tirelessly to prevent the heartbreak of PKD from being passed down to future generations. Through groundbreaking initiatives like the PKD-Free Babies Program, which provides families with access to advanced genetic testing and fertility solutions, we’re giving hope to thousands affected.

Polycystic Kidney Disease impacts over 600,000 individuals in the U.S., making it a leading cause of kidney failure. The PKD-Free Alliance is at the forefront of research, advocacy, and family support to create a future free of PKD. We’re looking for a passionate, strategic thinker with leadership experience to help shape our vision and mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain donor and partner relationships to support critical programs.
• Oversee grant management and fundraising efforts to expand mission-driven initiatives.
• Spearhead awareness campaigns and educational resources to foster community engagement.
• Lead operations to scale the organization’s impact and deliver on its promise of a PKD-Free future.
