Are you a visionary leader passionate about empowering people to live independently? The Whole Person (TWP) is seeking a dynamic Executive Director of Home Care Services to lead and grow our home care programs across Missouri and Kansas.

As a key member of our leadership team, you’ll help shape the future of independent living services by overseeing operations, driving compliance, mentoring staff, and building strong community partnerships. What You’ll Do:

• Lead day-to-day operations of home care services across multiple counties
• Ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality service delivery
• Supervise and support a diverse, dedicated team
• Collaborate with HR on hiring, training, and performance management
• Build community partnerships and support outreach efforts
• Manage budgets and report program performance to leadership

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Social Work, Public Health, or related field
• 7–8 years of experience in home care or healthcare program management
• Strong knowledge of home care regulations and community resources
• Experience managing regional or multi-site programs

Preferred: Master’s degree, healthcare management certification (CHCE, CMC, CCM), or licensure (RN, LSW, LCSW)
