Senior Marketing & Communications Coordinator

The Senior Marketing & Communications Coordinator is responsible for creating, executing and measuring strategic marketing/communication plans to support the operational goals of the Mosaic Health System (MHS) Philanthropy Department, while liaising with Mosaic's Marketing/Communications Department. In this capacity, the Senior Marketing & Communications Coordinator provides expertise and direct support to MHS Philanthropy caregivers. They work under only general supervision, making frequent decisions in accordance with MHS policies and procedures.

The salary range for the position is $63,731 - $95,596 and includes a comprehensive benefits package.

The individual in this position is expected to embrace Mosaic Health System's philanthropic values – passion for Mosaic, partnership with donors, perpetual support for Mosaic, and a people-centered approach – and demonstrate support for them through professional interactions and activities. 

Duties:

  • Researches, writes, shoots video, copy/video edits, proofreads, and repurposes content marketing deliverables for multiple channels including traditional and/or digital communication channels (e.g., case-for-support collateral, webpages, intranet, email, social media posts, newsletters, brochures, flyers, PowerPoint/slide deck presentations), and public relations
  • Creates, executes, innovates, positions, manages and measures strategic internal and external marketing/communication plans to support the Philanthropy Department’s goals (and objectives are determined, attainable and measurable), based on market research and best practices
  • Develop content/campaigns across owned and earned social channels, including but not limited to posts, status updates, photos and videos to drive consistent, relevant traffic engagement of donors and prospective donors (e.g., grateful patients, community members, caregivers)
  • Manages a high volume of projects and initiatives ensuring they are completed on time and on budget; other duties as assigned
  • Support the creation of digital graphics and basic design/layout of materials/forms for multiple channels
  • Administer MHS Philanthropy's online presence on the health system's website, maintaining a cohesive design 
  • Assist with market and donor/prospective donor quantitative and qualitative research to ensure all marketing tactics and messages are aligned with a unifying, consistent voice
  • Provide support for MHS Philanthropy related events
  • Manages special projects/initiatives with research, tactical plan development, content creation, graphic design, plan execution, measurement and results communication
  • Measure and report performance of campaigns against set goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Develops and revises communications standards and processes aligned with the Association for Healthcare Philanthropy (AHP) to educate, communicate and provide consistency through the organization
  • Researches and recommends marketing strategy adjustments to meet changing market and competitive conditions
