Operations Manager

KC Shepherd’s Center is growing to meet the needs of our fastest-growing population – older adults in Kansas City!

Every nonprofit has someone who quietly keeps everything running — the systems, the logistics, the details, the things that allow the mission to happen.

This role is that person for us. We are looking for an Operations Manager who enjoys building systems, supporting teams, and helping an organization run smoothly so it can focus on its mission.

This role is the operational backbone of our organization. The Operations Manager helps coordinate office operations, technology, HR support, and Board administration while working closely with the Executive Director and our team to keep things organized, efficient, and moving forward.

Location: Kansas City, MO
Salary range: $50,000 – $65,000
