Part-Time Program Coordinator

Job Title: Program Coordinator
Organization: Exceeds Expectations, Inc.
Location: 1638 N Corrington Ave., KCMO 64120

Position Summary
The Program Coordinator at Exceeds Expectations, Inc. is passionate a key role in planning, implementing, and 
supporting programs that advance the organization’s mission of delivering high-quality services and 
exceeding stakeholders’ expectations. This position ensures smooth program operations, strong 
communication with clients and partners, and accurate tracking of outcomes while maintaining a high 
standard of professionalism and service.

Key Responsibilities
Program Operations & Support

• Coordinate day-to-day program activities to ensure timely and effective delivery
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing program events, workshops, or services
• Maintain detailed program records, documentation, and databases
• Monitor program timelines and support achievement of milestones and deliverables

Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
• Serve as a primary point of contact for program participants, partners, and internal teams
• Prepare program-related correspondence, reports, and presentations
• Support outreach efforts to promote programs and increase participation
• Foster positive relationships aligned with Exceeds Expectations, Inc.’s values

Tracking, Reporting & Evaluation
• Collect, track, and organize program data and performance metrics
• Assist with reporting outcomes to leadership, funders, or partners
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and increased program effectiveness

Administrative & Team SupportPro
• Provide logistical and administrative support to program leadership
• Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking as needed
• Support compliance with organizational policies and funding requirements
• Collaborate across departments to ensure program success

Required Qualifications
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in human services, business, nonprofit management, education, 
or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1–3 years of experience in program coordination, project management, or administrative 
support
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working in nonprofit, community-based, or service-driven organizations
• Familiarity with data tracking, reporting, or CRM systems
• Experience coordinating events or multi-stakeholder projects

Salary Range: $30,000 - 49,999
