Case Manager

The Steppingstone program of Every Child’s Hope, located in Kansas City, Missouri offers at-risk youth in our area, ages 16 - 21 stability and a team of experienced, trustworthy partners as they navigate life choices when transitioning into adulthood.
 
The program is based on positive youth development strategies and provides housing, employment services, educational support, counseling, life skills training, and permanency planning.
 
While everyone has unique experiences, many Steppingstone participants have faced homelessness, mental health challenges, problems in school, or are pregnant/parenting.
 
The individual in this position will provide case management services to youth in our program who live in both group style living and in community apartments. This individual must have reliable transportation as they will be required to drive clients in their own vehicle.
 
A bachelor’s degree is required for this position. Previous case management experience is a plus. All candidates must have a strong desire to work with adolescents, a clean driving record, the ability to pass a federal, criminal background fingerprinting check & drug screen, and be at least 21 years of age.
