CASA of Johnson & Wyandotte Counties is seeking a Training & Compliance Coordinator to help recruit, prepare, and support the volunteer advocates who speak up for children experiencing abuse and neglect.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys facilitating training, building relationships, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring important details don't fall through the cracks. Every volunteer advocate begins their journey with training and support—and you'll play a critical role in helping them become effective champions for children.
What You'll Do
• Facilitate and deliver training for CASA volunteer advocates and staff.
• Coordinate training schedules, materials, guest speakers, and participant records.
• Track volunteer and staff training, credentialing, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and databases related to training and compliance.
• Support accreditation, audit, and quality assurance activities.
• Monitor compliance deadlines and prepare reports for leadership.
• Collaborate with program staff to ensure volunteers are prepared and eligible for service.
• Represent CASA at volunteer recruitment, outreach, and community events as needed.
What We're Looking For
• Experience facilitating trainings, presenting to groups, teaching, coaching, or leading meetings.
• Strong public speaking and communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience with databases, compliance tracking, volunteer management, education, human resources, nonprofit operations, or a related field preferred.

Additional Information
• Full-time, non-exempt position
• Reports to the Program Director
• Occasional evening and weekend work required to support volunteer training and community events
