This unique opportunity of Supervisor/Volunteer Manager is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest services. The position is responsible for various tasks involved in the store's overall operation, including developing team leads, our volunteer program, controlling expenses, and all aspects of merchandising and inventory mgmt, in adherence to all company policy/store standards.

As a Volunteer Manager, you will be crucial in overseeing and coordinating volunteer involvement and activities within the organization. You will be responsible for a recruiting app, new volunteer assimilation, and supervising volunteers to ensure effective support for the organization's mission.

Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in volunteer management, including recruiting, supervising, and retaining volunteers, events
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire volunteers
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in social media management for engaging with volunteers and promoting opportunities
- Familiarity with vol mgmt software tools
- Public speaking skills for conducting orientations and training sessions
- Background in working with Seniors helpful
