CXLD - 501(c) Success: Giving USA Report with Dr. Patrick Rooney

For over 60 years, nonprofit leaders, fundraisers and donors have relied on the comprehensive giving data in Giving USA: The Annual Report on Philanthropy. The research in this annual report estimates all giving to charitable organizations across the United States.

Presenter Dr. Patrick Rooney offers a first look at the soon-to-be released and widely anticipated 2020 edition of Giving USA. He will offer critical observations about current giving trends and where philanthropy is headed in the United States. 

A program of the 501(c) Success National Speaker Series.  This series brings prominent thought leaders to Kansas City to discuss the latest nonprofit research and trends. 

Presenter:

Patrick M. Rooney, Ph.D., is the Executive Associate Dean for Academic Programs; Professor of Economics and Philanthropic Studies at the Lilly Family School of Philanthropy at Indiana University. He is a nationally recognized expert on philanthropy and charitable giving and speaks frequently across the country on issues related to philanthropy and management of nonprofit organizations.
