Webinar: Leading Leaders to Change
Growth-minded organizations are increasingly moving away from a “do more with less” mindset. They’re embracing a “change capable” approach that aligns with their boldest vision. Join us for insights and best practices in managing change that every nonprofit leader can build upon, especially in today's extraordinary climate. Among the takeaways:
- Learn strategies and practical ways to integrate a growth mindset in a culture that may or may not be ready for change;
- Learn how/what to communicate to donors and stakeholders as your organization adapts to changes from the COVID-19 crisis;
- Learn why the most change-ready teams view adapting as both a survival skill and a success skill.
