Individual members and nonmembers can submit their opportunities for $25 per week.

Board Member
Members of the Board of Directors serve as fiduciaries and strategic leaders of Pet Resource Center of Kansas City (PRCKC). The Board is responsible for ensuring the organization’s long-term sustainability, mission alignment, and financial health. Board Members provide governance, oversight, and strategic direction—with responsibility for day-to-day operations resting with the Executive Director and staff.

Trolley Run- Course Marshals Needed!
The 38th Annual CCVI Trolley Run is returning to the streets of Waldo, Brookside, and the Country Club Plaza on Sunday, April 26th. We are in need of 30 volunteers to serve as Course Marshals at this year's race. Course Marshals make the event possible by assisting police in keeping intersections closed to traffic along the race route, providing enthusiasm for our runners and walkers and assisting runners/walkers in distress by calling medical support (if necessary).

Volunteers help KC Mothers in Charge stay connected with families impacted by homicide through follow-up phone calls and community outreach events. Your support helps ensure families know they are not forgotten and that help remains available.

Individual Volunteer Opportunity: CASA Advocacy and Volunteer Opportunities
Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASAs) are appointed by judges to support children in foster care. They meet regularly with their assigned child, consult with professionals, and gather information from families and placements, spending about 10–12 hours per month. General volunteers also help CASA through events, committees, and donation drives.
