Participant Retention Coach
The Participant Retention Coach (PRC) works as part of the program team to identify needs, deliver outcomes and facilitate successful participant retention post incarceration. The Participant Retention Coach serves in the role of strengthening the mission of the organization ensuring the participants remain engaged in activities such as Life Transformation Coach (LTC) meetings, connection to the Job Development team (JDES) and other partners outlined in their Life Plan goals.
