Connections to Success (CtS) is seeking a full-time Crisis Care and Access Specialist to join our dynamic team. The Crisis Care and Access Specialist will provide immediate support, intervention, and referral services to individuals experiencing a crisis or not fully ready to commit to the full program services at CtS. The ideal candidate will possess strong assessment skills, crisis management experience, and a commitment to helping individuals navigate through challenging situations to ensure their safety
