Facilitator Assistant

Type: Part-Time, Hourly 

Hours: Up to 20 hours per week 

Compensation: $15/hr - $17/hr

Cyber Creationz Tech is seeking a Facilitator Assistant to support our technology instructors during youth programs, camps, and workshops. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with students, supporting classroom learning, and helping create engaging educational experiences.

The Facilitator Assistant will work closely with the lead facilitator to ensure classes run smoothly and students receive the support they need while participating in hands-on technology activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist the facilitator with maintaining classroom structure and student engagement
• Support students during instruction and hands-on activities
• Help students troubleshoot basic technology issues
• Capture photos and media during classes and events for program documentation
• Assist with classroom setup and cleanup
• Help distribute and collect equipment such as laptops and materials

Requirements

• Interest in working with youth and technology education
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to support a positive and organized classroom environment
• Reliable transportation may be required as some classes may take place at different locations
• Must successfully pass a background check prior to employment.

Additional Information

This role may require travel depending on the location of the class or event.
