The Whole Person is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support our growing workforce and mission-driven culture. This role provides broad HR support in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, training coordination, and employee engagement across our Center for Independent Living, HCBS, CDS, Home Health, Transportation, and community-based programs.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding activities
• Support employee relations and HR operations
• Maintain personnel records and compliance documentation
• Assist with benefits administration and leave tracking
• Coordinate employee training and performance review processes
• Support employee engagement, wellness, and recognition initiatives
• Serve as a resource for employee questions and HR support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
• Minimum three years of HR experience
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, or HR administration
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities
