A non-profit that focuses on providing emergency work/grants to homeowners in need. Our founding principles are:

1. We believe homeownership is the American Dream
2. We believe that costly repairs often overwhelm or devastate homeowners, especially if the cost of the repairs fall out of reach of their budget
3. When homes are not properly maintained, the home becomes an anchor ,not an asset
4. We believe we can change this by bringing together generous supporters in our community
5. We believe when a family lives in a well-maintained home with proper functioning plumbing, electrical, and HVAC they will have a stronger family
