Does your organizational purpose do more than hang on the wall? Learn how your purpose can inspire, engage, and encourage employees to bring a thriving culture to life through their interpersonal communication.
The way you talk about your organization matters, especially internally. This conversation is ideal for any marketing, communications, and team-building professionals.
During this session, you’ll learn how purpose drives your company culture. Join Debra Risner, interpersonal and organizational communications expert, and Mike Farag, CEO at Fervor Creative, to learn how to strengthen relationships inside and outside your organization. The team at Fervor are experts in helping you articulate your purpose, aligning your messages with your mission, and amplifying your reach. You’ll walk away with actionable tips and best practices for culture communication.
In the second part of the session, we’ll move into breakout rooms to encourage small group discussion and networking. You will have the opportunity to share your perspective, ask questions, and gain insight from your nonprofit peers.
This is a program of the Let's Connect: Virtual Discussion Series.
