Webinar - Planning Your Pathway to Grant Guru
There is no degree in grant writing, so how do you know you have all the skills you need to be a great grant writer?
Are you seeking to take on more advanced grants at your organization? Do you want to make a career move but you aren’t sure if you’re ready? Do you know what you don’t know?
The Grant Professionals Certification Institute provides the only NCCA Accredited credential in grant writing, and similar to the CFRE, the GPC has core competencies and skills that grant professionals should master before taking the exam. In this webinar, Julie Assel, GPC, will discuss how to create an individualized professional development plan for you that is aligned to these competencies and skills. Whether you are interested in taking the exam or not, this webinar will help you to focus your time -- and money -- on the training which will truly help you advance your knowledge, skills and career as a grant professional.
Presenter
Julie Assel, GPC, is the President/CEO of Assel Grant Services, an Approved Trainer by the Grant Professionals Association, and an Accepted Provider of Continuing Education by the Grant Professionals Certification Institute. Julie has successfully secured over $138 million in grant funding over the past fifteen years, including foundation, corporate, and government grants focused on education, healthcare, STEM, mental health, substance abuse, homeless outreach, human services, and housing. She earned the Grant Professional Certification (GPC) in 2010 from the Grant Professionals Certification Institute. The GPC is the only NCCA Accredited grant certification program and measures an individual’s ability to provide quality grant-related services within an ethical framework.Related Programs
