Platte Land Trust (PLT) is a regional conservation organization partnering with landowners since 1998 to protect and conserve their land for wildlife, agriculture, and recreation. We partner with voluntary landowners and use conservation easements as the primary real estate tool. PLT is currently an all volunteer organization and working to hire staff in the near future. The American Cancer Society's Kansas City Chairman’s Circle (CC) is intended to provide a diverse executive leadership forum for advancing the our life-saving mission. This advocacy includes assisting ACS staff by promoting program priorities and informing the public about ACS organizational priorities. Chairman’s Circle members will be asked to assist by advancing mission priorities, securing financial support, recognizing key contributors and building relationships with community leaders.
