DESCRIPTION:As front line nonprofit staff\, you're responsible for the day-to-day program delivery that keeps families fed\, students learning\, and makes an impact in our community. Due to COVID19\, program staff need new ways to deliver services while keeping everyone safe. Your job is never easy\, and more than ever\, you need support\, positivity\, and a chance to fill your own cup. \n\n\n\nJoin Rachel Russell\, Case Manager & AmeriCorps Coordinator for YouthBuild KCK\, as she shares strategies that work to adapt your programs and ensure your clients still receive great service\, while keeping a hopeful personal outlook. This session includes breakout rooms to facilitate small group discussion where everyone will have the opportunity to ask questions\, share\, and network together.\n\n\n\nThis is a program of the Let's Connect Virtual Discussion Series. \n\nSpeakers:\n\n\n\nRachel Russell is a Case Manager & AmeriCorps Coordinator for YouthBuild KCK\, a program of United Way of Greater KC. Her heart for service led her to serve as an AmeriCorps VISTA at Hillcrest Transitional Housing and Literacy KC\, where she later served as the Program Support Coordinator. Rachel is a fierce and fun nonprofit professional with a strong dedication to volunteerism and service in both her professional and personal life.\n\n\n\n\n\nYou!\n\nYour active participation is highly encouraged.
